Employees can redeem their points until their last physical day of work*. If the points are insufficient to redeem any rewards on the platform, the points will be forfeited.
*For foreign employees who are on work pass / any employee who is leaving Singapore upon termination where tax reporting is required on our end – they are required to redeem the points within 1 week from serving of notice.
