Recognition points can be used to redeem for E-vouchers, Travel & Attractions, Fitness and Wellness related merchandize and services. The redemption catalogue is available in the App menu under the Rewards heading. Our partner, Rewardz will also be adding additional merchants on the platform on an ongoing basis
Detailed T&C are provided on every point reward screen to inform the user on the redemption mechanism for each point reward. General terms of redemption are as follows:
E-Voucher: After redeeming your e-voucher, you will be able to see the unique promo code on the redemption screen on the app and you will also be sent an email with the voucher code. You can enter this code during checkout when placing your order on the respective merchant’s website or app.
Travel, Attractions and other services: After redeeming, an email will be sent to your work email address with the e-voucher code. To make your reservation, you can call or visit the website of the merchant and quote Rewardz along with your e-voucher code.
