Recognition Points may be awarded by HOD*/EXCO based on the following categories: 

  • Appreciation – for demonstrating exemplary behaviours in line with AIA 5Cs and Customer Centricity
  • Learning / Other Awards - thematic awards that may be rolled out from time-to-time.  

 

Points value is fixed at 1 point = S$1. The general guidance on award quantum is up to S$80 (80 points) per award. HOD/EXCO has the discretion to decide on actual award quantum.
