There are 2 tiers under this appreciation programme:

 

  • Tier 1 - Send appreciation notes to colleagues via AIA PRIDE app for demonstrating behaviour in line with AIA 5Cs – Care, Connect, Collaborate, Communicate, Create or Customer Centricity – R.E.A.L. 
  • Tier 2 – In addition to receiving appreciation notes, employees may also be awarded recognition points via HOD/EXCO for demonstrating exemplary behaviours in line with AIA 5Cs/Customer Centricity. Points carry monetary equivalent value and employees could use the points to redeem E-vouchers, Travel & Attractions, Fitness and Wellness related merchandise & services that caters to individual lifestyle preferences.
